Bad customer service. Very mean hey Dan, look at you when they talk to you. They think they doing you a favor by selling you stuff which is opposite. They need to be appreciated because we buy stuff from them. Return policy it’s so stupid and rip off 50% restock fees. It’s a lot nobody does this.

Used to be a good place to go but I went to look around for a brick match today and there employee said we don’t do match brick anymore. I’m like what I just want to see if you have something I can use. If you need brick go to Theut or Beldin skip Arlington.

The entire staff have been the best to work with. We are so glad we decided to work with them for all the masonry material. Being clueless on everything that was needed to brick our garage they put the entire package together down to the flashing. To Charles and the all the gals that worked with us, many thanks!

Unfortunately bad experience. My wife and I love to give back to the community by shopping in it. We were given wrong information from the get go. I explained to the salesman we had done a veneer accent wall in our 1/2 bathroom which turned out to be relatively easy. The sheets came in panels and interlocked together.He assured me that the ones we picked were identical in application. Incorrect they came in small different size pieces which eventually when applied become this panel we spoke of. The heartstones were also explained incorrectly. I understand they were busy but there is no excuse for wrong information. On top of that they will not return the product. Buyer beware.

Doesn't really carry brick anymore has a showroom full of brick samples they don't carry anymore
