Bjoin limestone

The President of the company, Kathy, thought it was best to hang up on me while I was attempting to ask for her email. I watched several rocks come out from a Bjoin truck while on Hwy 11, following at a 3 car length as I have had construction trucks kick up rocks in the past. No tarp used as many others have left reviews on below. I explained the situation to an employee that day and was told I needed to speak with Kathy. Kathy called me back today and was immediately defensive stating that their insurance does not cover it so they will not be paying for it. Also that 3 golf balls have hit her... which has nothing to do with my situation. I let her know that we watched the rocks come out of the truck and one came back and hit our windshield cracking it to the point of replacement. She told me that this does not happen in their trucks because their trucks are new and sealed tight. I let her know that we were the ones behind the truck driving and watched it occur. She again stated "well our insurance doesn't cover it" when I began speaking after that to ask her for her email she hung up on me. Great person to have as your president Bjoin - customer service is important in every position but especially in a higher position.

Very clean, organized and well structured company. The janesville quarry is one of the nicest limestone quarries i have worked out of.

It's awesome I love it there probably one of the best run quarries around

Recently had a new septic system installed. They were efficient, friendly, had good communication, and fair pricing. They worked hard to finish our time-sensitive project on time.

Borrowed a conveyor for a week. These guy are really nice and good to work with.
