I appreciated the two people I worked with. The lady in the office was great at helping me with what I needed. She listened to what I was concerned about, helped guide me to the right grade, and made certain concerns were passed along to the driver. The lady they had deliver it (from B&L Thornburg) made certain she understood what was needed and took care in spreading it. I'm happy.
Those girls in that office are awesome! We have been going there for years to get different things for our farm and they never fail to help us figure out exactly what and how much of what we need. Paige helped us this time, she is a good fit to the team! It’s good to see that even with newer help they continue to go above and beyond for customer satisfaction! Very happy with products also, although the delivery fees are a little much, they quickly schedule deliveries for our convenience! Can’t brag enough! Definitely continue to buy from this place!
Their truck ran into my gutter on a brand newly built pole barn, even have security cameras showing the fact, but they refuse to pay for the damage/replacement. I will not recommend to use IMI to anyone ever again, I will suggest anyone and everyone to call SRM Concrete from now on.
I purchased two triaxle loads of number 8 rocks, and the second load was poor quality crumbles, and not like the first load. I called to complain, and Brayden came to inspect the rock, which he said he would reimburse half the money from the second load. He then said he was unable to because I paid cash, and therefore would give me a load of river rock, which I mentioned I needed, to compensate for the poor quality rock I received. Days later I contacted him to say after I pay for the haul rate, I could buy bags of rock at menards for a similar price. He refused to speak to me and his boss (Brad) put me on a no sell list . When I later spoke to Brad he was rude, argumentative, and showed very little integrity. I called the Vice president which he didn’t call me back, so I called again leaving a message. Some companies hire boys to do a man’s job.
This company came to my moms house several years ago and dropped gravel off in the ally behind her house. She did NOT order the gravel. It turned out it was 2 blocks over and the driver had the wrong address. My mom thought it was the city putting gravel in the ally to fix the holes. When the company asked her to sign for it she did. I am not sure why she did but I think she just thought she was confirming it was dropped off. Now years later they are trying to sue her for the price of the gravel that she did NOT order and didn't even use. They put the gravel in the ally behind her house! This is not ok! They made the mistake. This was in no way shape or form my moms responsibility to pay for their mistake.
