Amazing service from order to delivery, great product, completely reasonable pricing. Never going to Lowe's for any gravel, mulch, or fill again. Can't recommend Aaron and this company enough. Ordered 7 yards of 57, sand, and crusher run for a patio, and they delivered it exactly where it saved a ton of wheelbarrow work - did not expect that but it was great (see photo, somehow got a truck back there) ordering retaining wall block for the next step, and will likely shop pavers here too. Any hardscaping or landscaping needs, 100 percent go here first. I've shopped around, this place is a winner on all counts. Plus, they do even small amounts , you can go down with a 5 gallon bucket and they'll probably fill it for far less than you'd get bags for at a big box.
I've orderd over 10 scoops of the compost soil and it has been excellent quality. The delivery is fast from what I have requested. The customer service has been amazing.
Purchased four scoops of what they described as screened topsoil. They delivered it to our home and unloaded it. I immediately noticed very large bowling ball size chunks that were included with the load. I asked the driver to take a look at the material and he agreed that it was not as described. He took a photo and forwarded to his boss who indicated that they would, make good on it and deliver a scoop of properly screened material This was a month ago. A couple of days ago I visited the store and spoke with two individuals. I brought them a large bucket of the clumps that were included in the load. They were clearly large chunks of clay. so hard that they couldn’t be broken up with a sledgehammer. Again, the salesman looked up and confirmed the order, took my telephone number and my name and indicated they would get back to me. Again, nothing. I hesitate writing negative reviews for any company. But this material was so bad that I wanted to caution any prospective purchasers
We bought two scoops of mulch this year, first time from this place. The mulch was good and it was delivered on time. But the size was definitely not the largest in town as claimed. This was the smallest scoop we ever had compare to two other mulch companies we used in the past. I almost thought it was only one scoop not two scoops, so I measure it, it barely made to 2 cubic yards. We ended up had to purchase more bagged mulch from Lowe’s.
We were good customers since this store opened in Salem. We buy many scoops of garden soil each year. Recently we got our usual scoop of garden soil and when we got home we found it was full of leaves and absolutely non plantable. When we called we got a very nasty employee response. The quality of both the product and the customer service has tanked. We will be taking our business elsewhere.
