Manny's Conveyor Delivery

Manny's provided great service today with the delivery of five yards of sand. I needed it spread out reasonably evenly over a specific space. Manny did exactly that. The job was arranged yesterday and delivery was set up for next week. He called with some extra time today and asked if he could get the load and come early. I agreed and he arrived timely and did the job. It's almost worth the price to just watch him remote pilot his great big truck! Office staff was friendly and very accommodating. It was a pleasure to do business with them.

I don’t even know where to start. I communicated my project very clearly to Manny. I was not home, nor was I available to contact (all of this was communicated to Manny) during the delivery, and he made decisions of where to lay the rock, which was not where it was intended to be. Now, instead of moving forward on my landscaping project, I have to shovel and wheelbarrow 3 1/2 yards of rock out of an area where it is not supposed to be. It’s not even the same kind of rock that is supposed to go where Manny put it. I realize my project was not his only project today. However, to charge me for a service and then completely ruin it and mis-deliver, is beyond unacceptable. why he didn’t just dump it in the driveway, I’ll never know. Don’t use this service unless you are willing to take chances on your project. Zero stars.

We found Manny after pricing out several other services. Manny had better prices, faster response time, and was so easy to work wirh. He created a brand new driveway and parking pad and it just took half a day. We recommend him and would hire him again any day!
