I would give 0 stars if possible. They did not collect our rubbish at a place of business for over 3 months. I had to call and email everyday, multiple times a day. The dispatcher kept promising me that our rubbish would be collected, however no one would show up. I believe they would just tell me that someone was coming to collect the rubbish just to appease me and get me off the phone. It began to be a health hazard to our employees so we had to spend $700 to have a junk collection company come and remove the rubbish in the bin. Also, they had no problem sending me invoices on a timely basis every month for services they did not render. I refused to pay the invoices for the 3 months of no service and we cancelled service with this company. It took them a month to take their rubbish bin. We should have charged them rent to keep it on our property.

terrible company. frequently misses weekly pick ups. frequently lies about driver having been there. EVERYTIME they miss they say "oh says its been picked up already" these guys do anything to cover their mistakes and have zero accountability. they make you go through bs to get a refund for the week(s) they missed. its an awful company hnl disposal isn't much better but i rec other business owners not to use WOA. Its just not worth it.

I honestly don’t know how this place stays in business. Our condo contracts with them…. They miss a pickup pretty much weekly now. If they do show up all week, they miss two the next week. It’s time for our HOA to terminate this contract and hire somebody who shows up!!!!

5 of this same message in less than two months: "service delays for trash pick-up today due to mechanical issues for our refuse contractor, West Oahu Aggregate. Please ensure to keep your trash bins curbside. We expect our contractor will be able to service your container tomorrow" That's 33% of our trash/recycling days that we've had to pick whatever was blown out of whoever cans all over the yard after work.

I haven’t had regular trash service in weeks. I have called on more than 10 occasions to try to get this issue resolved. I have been told that trash would be picked up day after day after day. I have confirmed that I was on the schedule, but the pickup never happens. This company is poorly managed, as this has happened many times. I can’t reccomend this company. It’s to difficult to get them to honor their contract.
