Southern States - Milford Cooperative

I love this store! The ladies in this Milford location really know there stuff. They are quick to help and always have what we need. The Service Dept. is excellent as well. I needed some advice on my lawn mower and the Service Manager and Parts girl were very helpful and knowledgeable! They have a large selection of parts on hand and if they don't have it they will get it usually next day. I will always go here first!

I spend a lot of time dealing mostly with parts and service. Rebecca and Kevin always take care of me, get me what I want, make sure it's right the first time. They always make sure I'm in and out to get back on the job. Poncho in service tells me how it is and is always willing to help educate . Great group of people. Always a pleasure to go there.

I bought a used Mahindra subcompact tractor from George this week. Not only would I recommend George to anybody looking to buy a new tractor, I recommend this store highly. The entire staff is wonderful and helpful. I found a new place to spend money. Thanks, Southern States.

I will say that the products there are great. On the other hand I have just experienced the worst customer service in my life. In the parts department there is a female working the department with the nastiest attitude to have when dealing with customers. I was very offended and will not be spending my money with them as a result. But as I said the products there are great. I ended up going to Sullivans Landscaping on Rt.1 they had exactly what I needed and the people were great. Definitely will be going back.

Steve work in showroom very nice. Connie very nice give us lots of info drop soil to be tested. Blonde horrible heavy set woman in showroom doesn't know anything. Was going to send us away because know she didn't know how to pronounce are name and we were here the week before she no memory of it. Watching her do her job waiting for someone to help us she doesn't know anything. When came back to showroom she acted she was our best friend no thank you. Ryan was an awesome help to us Steve in office very nice professional a gentleman.
