Product was just what I wanted, office personnel were very helpful and professional, and the driver that delivered the product was extremely professional and delivered the dirt right were I asked for it to be dropped. When they do it right you have to go back, this is the next purchase from them, I will go back again.

I was sent here after the 3600 Valley St location mismanaged an order that was already paid for and sent me here to fulfill the remaining portion of the order. I was hoping for a better experience but unfortunately, the guy at the counter at this location was even more rude and unprofessional than the one I interacted with at the one in Dayton and was acting like I was inconveniencing him. I came to this location to receive the remaining 3 ton that I was owed and he said I was only supposed to get 2 ton. I said that's not correct so he called the Dayton shop. To his colleague there he said well that's not what it says on the information you sent me. Once that was clarified, he indignantly commanded me to go get loaded with 3 ton. This was a horrible experience after horrible experience; however, the gentleman that loaded me up was friendly and helpful.
