Went to only get 1 ton of sand was told to go wait out by the sand. As I’m waiting for 30+min more and more semi trucks pull up and what does the loader keep doing? Oh that’s right keep filling the semi instead of putting just 1 little scoop in my bed of my truck this place is a joke you’d be better off going to a store then getting a “deal” and having to wait 3 hours for 1 little scoop of sand sand so pathetic 👎🏽👎🏽 would not recommend going here endless you want to waste your whole day and still not get your what you wanted!

These are the nicest and most proficient people I have had the pleasure to work with. Loaders are helpful and accurate. Scale personnel are super friendly and patient to newcomers. It is always a pleasant visit to go there.

I had 2 truckloads of stone delivered while redoing my driveway. Oddly, the second load was nothing like the first. There was not enough stone dust in it to get it to pack smooth. It remained very loose like clean stone. I made a call to see if anything could be done. 30 minutes later there was a representative in my driveway! He agreed that the 2nd load was not right. A couple of hours later, he told me they would deliver another load to replace the bad stone. A day later, that load was delivered and the issue resolved. What I thought was going to be a major headache was resolved in a few hours. I'm not sure I've experienced such good service, whan having an issue with any other vendor. Well done County Line Stone!
