BE 100% PREPARED TO REFUSE DELIVERY- “topsoil/leaf compost” = clay fill dirt. I received a full refund but I am fully confident that I could have successfully disputed the charge regardless because of how absurd this was. The real cost is the 10,000 lbs of soil I can’t find a use for or anyone to even take for free! I ordered 7 cu yrds of topsoil/leaf compost blend for my garden beds. This is the worst soil I have ever seen (see pic). It is unusable for any horticultural uses. Could only be used for construction fill dirt. It is ~ 85% clay with basically zero drainage or organic matter. It doesn’t match the description or pictures in the slightest and contains rocks. Unprofessional delivery. Never allowed me to inspect the load. Never turned off the dump truck basically just started dumping when I got outside and then sped off. No signature confirmation or delivery receipt. This doesn’t appear to be an isolated incident. Look at the other reviews

Great customer service. I am glad I live near by to have access to this company. I highly recommend their service. Price wise you don't even compare it to home Depot or lowe's. This company is much cheaper almost by half price.

These people are literally insane. All of their products are more expensive than other suppliers. They tried to charge me $57 a yard for 21A gravel, and tried to tell me I was getting the contractors price so it was a deal. Siteone has ruined everything they touch. Spend the extra fuel money and go somewhere else
