What a great place. Friendly folks who answered many of my questions about mulch, gravel, and granite slabs. Seriously though they have a tonne of options to choose from to redo your yard. Bonus, inside there is a fountain with turtles and fish! Double bonus some are albino! Very cool spot for landscaping supplies. Will be back.

This company thinks they’re too big to answer their own phone. You have to navigate through 5 minutes of phone prompts to talk to someone. I’ll go spend my money somewhere else.

Site One SUCKS!!! High prices and bad service are what you can expect here. I called them twice yesterday and was hung up on both times, once after waiting about 15 minutes. I show up this morning at 7am when they open and the gal at the counter remembers my call but won't apologize for hanging up on me or wasting my time, Never again, the Site One motto must be "screw the customer".

How are these guys not open on weekends in the spring? I like to support local business but you gotta be open. I guess Ill need to find a new go to place.
