So being forward, I personally have never used this business, however, our tire blew in front of their business and they were extremely kind and helpful to us. They came out and made sure we were okay. They tried to help us get air back in it enough to drive home as it’s a short drive for us around the corner. When that didn’t work, they allowed us to use their parking lot to change it so we were not on the side of the road where it wasn’t safe. They also let my son use their restroom. They were so kind, caring and helpful. I was super thankful. I also learned that my sons’ baseball league uses this business to buy landscape items like field chalk so small world. I just wanted to leave them a positive review because if this is how they treat non customers, I can only imagine how kind they are to actual paying customers of theirs. I appreciate their compassion and kindness today, because my life has been a chaotic mess and my husband just left this morning for two weeks & I truly needed it. Thank you for your kindness. It meant a lot even if it didn’t seem like much. If I ever need of the services or products they offer, they will be my first stop!

The prior rating of 1 star is ridiculous. I have been going to this company for 10 years now and they supply a majority of supplies for my landscape company. They used to be John Deere Landscapes and rebranded to Site One. Nothing has changed but the name. The employees are more than helpful and extremely knowledgeable. The prices are definitely fair and you get great products which are in stock. I was on Google looking for their hours of operations and after reading the 1 star review, I had to comment and let everyone know that this is a great company. Some reviewers are unfair and just negative individuals.

Overpriced - under stocked - and staff who are not knowledgeable regarding the product lines that they sell (or try to sell). Use to be john Deere. Nothing's changed but the name and street sign. Keep driving

Great place. Very knowledgeable staff. A tremendous help with all my yard needs. This is the only place I get my lawn supplies.
