CJ and his team did an amazing job with our backyard - we just wanted a simple, easy to maintain landscape with a pergola, the team finished in only 2 weeks and were super nice and professional. We are really happy with it! We worked out the low maintenance trees and plants and installed a drip system so we never even have to water anything - it's great but their customer service is what makes them stand out even more and makes me want to recommend them to my friends - to give u an example, Jeff the project manager was driving by one day after the project was complete and noticed a swarm of bees outside my backyard and alerted me so I could have the HOA remove it (just in time for my baby shower too!) and also 1 of the trees didn't make it thru the winter so CJ had his team come back and planted a new one! Will continue to recommend Creative Gardens to my friends thanks CJ and team for being professional, efficient, customer-focused, and high quality!

Executive Summary: They did what they said they were going to do, for the cost they said it would take in the time frame they laid out! Our project was done in 10-working days! There are many fine landscapers in Reno, I’m not sure there are others that are this high performing. The details: We bought in Toll Bros’s Regency at Caramella Ranch our first experience with an HOA and ARC permits with time requirements for landscaping. So to say we were a little nervous would be an understatement. We did our due diligence and got three estimates from local landscapers. CJ and Lori came out and walked our yard and listened to our thoughts and some sketches, but self admitted we are very linear and not creative. Lori reassured us that they were able to do the application, complete the job and get us our deposit back from Toll. A couple of weeks later we met with CJ and Lori at which time CJ had drawn up everything in a 3D computer design program, he gave us line item options on the features so that we could design the plan to fit our budget. We had two more design meetings picking plants and finalizing color choices with them prior to start. After we closed escrow they took before pictures and submitted our application, about three weeks later the permit was approved and the work began. First, Creative Hot Tubs* installed the hot tub spa. Next a week of excavation, drainage and hardscape began. That was followed the next week by irrigation, lighting, soft scape, plants and trees. Done! After the job follow up was awesome and anything we wanted to add or change was easy. Warranty is a year and they are right on it. Thanks CJ, Lori, Jeff, Cruz, Manuel and crews. Finally, we submitted our after pictures to ARC and received our deposit back promptly. We could not be more pleased. * Creative HoTubs is a separate entity which CJ and Lori had recommended and work with seamlessly. With special thanks to Andy and Christina the owners.

CJ and his team did an excellent job designing and constructing my backyard. He was able to implement a plan that provided excellent aesthetic appeal while keeping costs in mind throughout the process. The project was done during the winter months and his team worked tirelessly and efficiently to finish it despite the conditions. Even after the project was done, he and his team ensured that every detail was completed. He addressed even the slightest concerns without hesitation. I would give my highest recommendation without reservation.

Creative Gardens and its staff were easy to work with, lots of options and reasonably priced. Helped us find exactly what we were looking for and cut it to the sizes e needed. Delivery also went smoothly and rocks placed how we wanted.

Several items to make a one of a kind water feature! There is so much to look at, but I was on limited time. I did catch a couple videos showing their two inspiration patio areas, I fell in love with them! I just can't tell you... they were beautiful, check them out for yourselves!
