Miller Materials Quad Cities

I didn't catch the name of the fine lady working the scale, but she was helpful, knowledgeable, and very kind. Driver working the loader was fast and accurate. The river rock had a lot of dirt in it, def needs washing before placing. Overall very pleased with experience.

I went there today to get some crushed cement. It was about 12:15 PM. there was no one in the scale shed when I drove on it. There was no one driving equipment to load the gravel. I assume everyone was out to lunch. Everyone deserves to have a lunchtime. But it would be nice if they added that to their website. Something like, open (days open) 7:00Am to 3: 30PM closed from Noon to 1:00PM for lunch. The only reason I gave them 3 stars is, I went there once before and everything went perfectly.

April was Excellent! Explaining everything and the driver who dumped material was extremely courteous! Recommend them definitely! Just call and April will walk you thru what you need to know!

Thank you so much to Miller Material, Jennifer and April. It was a daunting task to go out and buy river rock in Carbon Cliff. Jennifer helped me with picking the right rock and she helped me decide how much I needed. Super helpful and easy to understand. April schedule the delivery and get the order going. Both ladies are an asset to Miller Material. Will be back for much next year

I emailed Stacie with questions and prices on Monday..she answered promptly, and I got my material on Thursday afternoon! Great service and awesome to deal with! Will definitely use them again :) Update, July 2021 Emailed Stacie again for A LOT of mulch. Fantastic job again. Fast and easy, great product! Thanks again, you guys are awesome!
