Satisfied with the gravel. However, the driver was not competent. Gravel was not anywhere near layer down evenly. Ran over two sprinklers that were highly visible and stood two feet high. Not even an “lm sorry”.

Very easy and quality customer service from calling in to get a quote to getting my turf builder dropped off in my backyard. Jordan at the front Desk was very patient with me in explaining pricing and what she suggests as the best type of soil for the work I wanted to accomplish which was good. Day of delivery Monday 05/13/24, Jeff the driver (Truck #184) was easy to work with, backed the truck in just as I wanted him too, didn’t rush anything and repeatedly said “I want to do this right, even if it takes a little bit more time” dropped off the soil, friendly attitude, and my yard is finally coming together because of that now I recommend everyone Landscaping their yard, too to bottom that you give them a call

We have ordered from them (3) times now and it has always been a pleasant experience. Fair prices, on time, easy to work with, and communicate well. We all make mistakes and its how a company handles it that really makes a difference to me. This last time, we asked the delivery guy to spread it out in a tight spot. He dinged the corner of the house, he immediately took ownership of the situation, took pictures, called his boss, they called me with in 30 mins to tell me the plan to fix it. I was blown away and very appreciative. They came out and fixed it and when I say fixed it, I mean it looks better now than before :) The amount of work and responsibility they took to fix it, made me a customer for life. Great company.
