Gabrielle and the team at Rock and Block are awesome and their prices are great. Our journey took us a different direction but we wanted to let the world know they have awesome customer service.

I bought a rock and I pay for the order, . the second day. They called me to change the date and I told him I can’t. so I cancel my order and I bought different store. The problem is the employees they don’t care. Not even apologize . The last time I bought for $3000 not even thank you .

I don’t know what’s happened to this place, but the service people were rude and the outside help was harder to find then a Home Depot employee. To top it off the red mulch I got is at LEAST 1/4 dirt. All the other times I have gotten mulch and other supplies here and the staff was helpful and the mulch was much better quality.

Today I had the best visit, my first time here at this business, everyone was so helpful, the gentleman that helped was knowledgeable and friendly, answered all my question and got me exactly what I wanted, and the young man that helped me to my car was just as friendly and helpful. Wish I could give more stars
