Excellent experience with their palm tree purchase and installation! The crew that installed my two Queen Palms really took pride in their work during the entire installation process. They were very careful not only with my trees, but with my lawn and my property, as well as with the cleanup afterward. I couldn't be happier with how these beautiful palms added to the appearance of my backyard!

The plants here look dreadful this year. The selection at Lowe's look healthier. The staff is also lacking and not helpful. I stopped by hoping to give them another chance after my previous bad experience. Previously, I purchased a large shrub and then they tried to pull the ol' switch-a-roo by delivering a much smaller and bare shrub. This was after being guaranteed the plant they put my name on, is the plant they would deliver. Sure enough, it wasn't. They tried to claim it was a mistake, that never happens. Hard to believe when they initially tried to sell me a different one, that had someone else's name on it- to which I declined. Dirty business dealings. I would suggest always taking the plant with you, if you do buy here.

We had a problem with our Bottle Brushes To make a long story short, we had to speak with Katie. Immediately she took accountability for some misinformation from a staff member and will be replacing them. She was nice, prompt, and informative. We very much appreciate it

We needed landscape shell for our backyard. We settled on Liberty Landscape in Fernandina Beach. We were able to place an order for delivery online. The driver called this morning to make sure we were ready for our delivery. When Blaine arrived he made sure he was placing the dump exactly where we wanted it. He also helped us determine if we needed another load before he left. He was truly concerned that we would be able to complete our project. We decided we wouldn’t need a whole load so we drove to the yard to get a few more bags. Just as we got near he called us to see if we needed him to deliver more. The young gentleman at the yard that helped us was so helpful. Everyone we dealt with was truly nice and helpful! We will be back!
