I call because i need to buy a truck for a foundation. A woman answered the phone and i requested someone to speak Spanish because is better for me to communicate and she just left me on the phone for almost 10 minutes and the just cut ✂️ the call 📞 without said anything i heard just breathing exhausted noise. Not good !

Worst customer service. Needed (2) loads of select fill for same day delivery for the afternoon. When receptionist asked for my CC info, I asked if I can get a price per load, she then transfers me over to an older gentleman. He give me a price, i stated again can I have same day delivery for the afternoon. He says yes, so I give him CC info. and then ask for a time frame. He then says he would have to call me back for a estimated time. I receive no phone call and they are delivering dirt at 11am when I clearly specified I needed it for the afternoon. The gentleman then admits to me, he forgot to call me back with time frame and accuses me of not telling him the afternoon (blames his customer??) , even asks the receptionist if I said afternoon delivery. So he then goes on to ask if he can have his guy dump somewhere since they are at location. I said no, where not ready for it. Can you please come back later this afternoon. He says no, I wont charge card and hangs up on me. This company does not cater or care to satisfy their customers needs. I work for a family owned business and know the importance it is to service a clients needs.

Worst experience ever. They are more costly than most sand companies. I called to make an order he said it would be there within the hour so I sent my cree there. They called me two hours later said it had not arrived. I called the company asking what was the hold up he told me they were at the pit. I told my guys to hold where they are and wait. Two hours later my guys call again nothing arrived. Called bee sand again they said they would find out what was going on and call me back. I was in the process of sending my guys somewhere else to make up for the day and he called and said he had another truck heading to the pit so I told the guys to wait. Two hours later no sand. I called again all he would say was sorry. He delivered the sand at 5:30 luckily my foreman was still there cause the truck driver was running on the customers grass. I told the guy to get it as close to the curb as he can not drive in her yard. If he would have given me a discount for all the money I lost even if it was a small discount I would not post this. But he did not sorry does not put all the money that I lost back in my account. It's business it is all about the money.

I’ve been buying sand and other materials from them for years. I’ve always been satisfied with their products and delivery. Good company!!

I've been dealing w/bee sand for over 20 years as a commercial contractor. They have always been great to work with and have always done their best, imho.
