Texas Materials - Green Ready Mix

I understand 20 minute spacing can be -25,30 min depending on traffic but 1:30 hours later is no excuse. Trucks shows on time 9:30am. I called at 10:11am to change order on my last truck from 5 to 3 yards.......Denise said “ truck is already loading” 11:10AM i said “ ok no problem” ...... 11:15am now and truck has not arrived. job site is only 20 away. I called back and another guy picks up and gives me a lame excuse (20 minutes to load 40 min traffic) come one!!. 20 spacings cant be a undetermined value of 1:00 hours or more.
