The Golden Pine straw llc

I ordered top soil and what arrived wasnt soil at all. It appears to be black mulch/compost. It also had bits of plastic and debris mixed in along with roots. Also I order 7 yards and what arrived was definitely NOT 7 yards. Maybe 3 yards max. These guys short loaded me bigtime. I would not do business with this place again.

Beautiful, colorful Pinestraw. Installed beautifully. The crew was on time and were fast and efficient. Good price. Highly recommend and will use again.

Yes there time management is awful but they always show up and do a great job. It's pine straw people so relax and appreciate hard work.

Prompt, same day service. Terrific communication for scheduling and coordination. The team provided fast and high quality work, truly getting the pine straw into the bare spots and crevices. Competitive and fair pricing. Side note: I left messages for two other Summerville area landscapers who never responded within a week, despite their websites saying they would get back to me the same day.

I requested for them to come after 3 pm when I was home to oversee installation of pine straw. They came and finished before I was home and left. Pine straw looked good but not as thick as it should have been for the number of bales they said they installed. You can see the old pine straw through the new straw all around the house. I do not believe I got what I am paying for and will not ever call them again.
