Had a start time of 2:00 pm, driver didn’t show up until 2:30 pm, 30 minutes to start. Shorted me a yard, and a hot load. Added 15 gallons of water and was still dry! Ended up screwing up my patio! Then turn around and charge my card without authorization of $468! Fraudulent and will screw you over and say you made a mistake when they did! They should make things right but will never admit they made a mistake. Can’t even get a callback, driver said they was training a new person in the plant. Ordered 6 yards, for a patio that was calculated out at 5.16 yards, was half a yard short pouring when I should have been half a yard over! Do not recommend this company at all, find a different one even if you have to pay a little extra!

I am absolutely disgusted with this company and their customer service. We contacted them to fill 30 post holes and were quoted $2100. We agreed to the price and set the time for them to come. The first truck arrived 10 minutes late (of course no big deal) and got started. The first driver didn't seem very comfortable with the truck so the 2 guys doing the pour were helping him and guiding him. The second truck arrived shortly after the first and came over to help stating the first driver was new and not very experienced. From that point on the second driver was directing the first while the 2 others were making sure the posts stayed put. In that time the inexperienced driver backed into one post knocking it completely off it's block, over poured numerous holes, and released too much concrete at once knocking the posts off. I was a little irritated at first, but then thought everyone has to learn sometime and no real damage was done, just took more time. When it was all said and done it took a little under 3 hours including their time to wash out. We got only one receipt in the amount of $1030.66. The other driver failed to give us his receipt. Overall the experience wasn't great, but not too bad. UNTIL 5 days later when we notice that the original charge we agreed to was canceled and a new larger charge was made almost $300 higher than the agreed upon price. My husband called to see what was going on and was told it was an "overtime" charge. He spoke with "Wes" for sometime, but was disconnected. I decided to be the one to call back and was told he was having trouble with his phone, but would get back to me. I waited a few hours before calling again and after holding for over 5 minutes was finally connected. What I was met with was an incredibly hostile man who said it was our fault it took so long. He stated that anything over an hour constitutes us paying overtime. I asked him where that was stated and when we agreed to that numerous times before he said it was on the website and that I should have looked at that beforehand. I looked on the website and found no such thing. So if it exists it's not easily found. After a very heated exchange he said they would knock off half the overage, which I declined. I have never spoken with any company representative that had such a poor attitude and clearly just did not care one bit. I don't typically take the time to write reviews, but this company is horrible and if I can stop even one person from being taken advantage of and then mistreated then it'll be worth it. I don't know if "Wes" is representative of the entire company, but they should absolutely reconsider who they have dealing with customers if not.

Top notch service! Great driver (Conley) who went above and beyond to get my delivery where I needed it. Thanks for a great experience, will definitely be using this company in the future.

They might bring you concrete but it won't be quality and they are not willing to fix it or even answer their phone. Give anyone else your business.
