First time I ordered rock I looked after 1/2 way threw church workers spread rock it was a good 1/2 dirt 1/2 rock I called spoke to Rick and he refunded 1/2 of my money for me to keep rock. Now I needed rock 1 inch Apache brown was promised by “Rick” it would be all rock and not like last time well… I looked at top of pile looked good went inside church workers here went inside and I came out after few hrs and looked and it was worse than first time As u can see in pictures. Not only did we grade the ground for this rock to be put in I know have mud all over!! I called spoke to Omar he had me send pics which I did. I than get offered to keep rock get 1/2 my money back or they pick it all up and get all my money. Well no brainer. COME GET THIS ROCK OFF MY PROPERTY AND STREET. Well the guy came to pick up rock tho only took street rock left a nasty mess that took me 3hrs to wash and pick up buckets of mud he didn’t take the rock from my property. I contacted Omar 3 times via text no response called office nothing until I left last message stating I’m not going to text you again and if I don’t hear from you by end of day today I will escalate this. Well, I’ve been receive a phone call from Omar saying sorry I’ve been busy nice thing to tell a customer that you dumped a bunch of wet mud at the property. Then he tells me well what we got back was 5 tons not 10 tons so we refund the 5 tons mind you if I would’ve kept the rock I would’ve got half my money which is more than you refunding 5 tons and I don’t want all this mud? I want you to pick it all up, so now I have a 5 ton refund and I’m waiting for a phone call from Rick to see if I’m getting all my money back or pick up rock and get all my money back. In reality they should pay what I need to pay now to get this mud off my property and also for someone to take all this rock with mud. Not even including the mess the worker who picked Up rock left me in. At least be kind enough to wash dwn all this mud. I will update this once I speak with Rick. The one who promised me this “wouldn’t” happen again. This Time was so much worse than the first I’m literally in a mud bath. If you decide to buy Rock from Pioneer, my suggestion would be when they dump the rock to not just look at the top of the pile go into the pile to see if you’re paying for mud.

Pioneer is a hidden gem with the absolutely nicest staff! I am probably not the customer they're used to, I was needing some small pieces of flagstone for a reptile enclosure rather than a bunch of gravel or rocks for landscaping. That being said, when I called and spoke to Cody he happily told me they could meet my needs and invited to me come take a look at their flagstones. When I arrived, Cody got me into a safety vest and directed me to a pallet full of flagstone pieces, exactly what I was looking for! I was able to pick out plenty of pieces and when I finished I was surprised to find I wasn't going to pay an arm and leg for it! Shannon and Ariana helped get me checked out and set up an account for me so I can return and get more stones or gravel in the future, with no pressure whatsoever. I'm definitely going back to Pioneer and highly recommend them, their lot is packed full of gravel, rock, and pallets of stones and other blocks and things anyone might need for their landscaping needs. Their staff are so friendly and helpful, I can't say enough about how great their customer service is! Thanks Cody for helping me get my reptile project done, and my bearded dragon says thanks, too!

Amazing how big this company is... and they can't afford s C/B radio in the office or loaders. Coming here as a truck driver is complicated cuz you have to call the office to place an order to get a lightweight on your truck to get off the scale... play brand new CB Radio and antenna can cost you about $50 and believe me it would make the life and work of truck drivers a lot easier if you guys would be prepared now I always ask the guys in the office what's wrong with her CB and they tell me that it just broke little do they know I've been coming to this Pioneer for years and it's always the same issue. But the service is awesome. And they are always have the materials we need...

Do not ever order from this company and then cancel your order because they will leave a hold on your credit card. I made an order with them and then I canceled it because I did not need their services anymore and I have a hold on my card for the original charge for a week now.
