Found the shirt for $5 on the Clearance Rack and paid full price for Made in the USA #Mentholatum. The original ointment is fire! And this store is big, bold and beautiful. Staff is excellent.
The customer service department needs to work on being more organized and more respectful to customers. Came in for a battery warranty replacement and was given the run around with the staff; having to go back and fourth from the front and back of the store. Why doesn’t CS have a radio to communicate? There was a vendor change with the battery, shouldn’t concern to the customer even tho it’s the same battery specifications. Giving this a 2 star for the assistance from Choua! (Wish I can give him a 5star for the service) If it wasn’t for Choua or the manager Jose this would’ve been just 0-1 star. Mrs.Wanda and the other lady who had her name tag covered needs help.

I'm a basic B, love me some Walmart. Lower your service expectations, don't go if you're in a hurry, shop the whole store and NEVER skip the clearence section. Easy, you'll love it too
I visited Walmart late in the evening and found that only the self-checkout lanes were open, which was understandable. However, the experience quickly became frustrating. Two associates were stationed nearby, yet instead of assisting customers with checkout errors, they were absorbed in their phones. When issues arise, employees should be attentive and ready to help—not distracted by personal devices. Walmart needs to reinforce a stronger commitment to customer service. Hopefully, management takes action to improve attentiveness and create a smoother shopping experience for everyone.
