My wife and I were looking for a local place to pickup some crushed blue stone for our driveway, and we found St. Pierre through a local recommendation. The entire process of getting stone was way easier than what I was preparing for. We pulled up, talked to the guy in the small office, got directions on where to find what we needed, and were even provided with shovels because I was a fool and forgot to bring some. The place is MASSIVE, but our directions were solid, and we got what we needed without issue. I filled up most of the bed of my full sized pickup with the crushed blue stone I needed, and was told my total would be $10. I didn't even have to weigh the truck! I would like at this time to point out that I could get a single bag of this same stone, (50lbs) for $10.98 at a certain big box home improvement store. For that same price, I filled up the bed of my pickup. My wife and I went in expecting to pay $100's of dollars to repair our driveway that was washed out from the floods. Instead we paid $10, had a great chat with the man working up front, and have plans to return for several projects. We just moved to this area and St Pierre came highly recommended by the locals. We were not disappointed. Mike brought us our load and took the time to answer questions, ask some good ones of his own and to give suggestions about what may or may not work best in our situation based on his knowledge of the product and his experiences. He took the time to thoroughly check his surroundings before doing anything to ensure the job was done to the best of his ability. We will absolutely be using them again!
