St. Laurent and Son Excavation, Inc.

My husband had the septic lines done in 2019 by St Laurent and Sons. When we went under contract on our house, the septic lines were inspected and were blocked by roots, prohibiting us from seeing the septic line to the road. We were surprised by this since we had thought the lines were replaced; but come to find out, we apparently had a spot repair done, which we didn't realize. This leads us to believe there was a miscommunication of services to be rendered and is somewhat confusing since we paid double the cost of the quote they sent us for the alleged work they had done. They never sent us an itemized receipt supporting that this is the actual work done, despite asking twice for an invoice. Of course the company was dismissive of my thoughts, stating it probably had to do with us not having enough money to pay for full replacement. This statement does not resonate with us and felt like a back handed defensive statement. There was no resolution offered or found. The interaction left us with a poor taste in our mouths. I don't trust the integrity of this company and therefore, did not hire them again to complete the necessary work on our septic lines.

Have been working on our road for a week , no shows for last 3 days , cant recieve mail . Really wish they would get the job done already.

Same day delivery, office staff were super friendly, truck driver was knowledgeable, recommended to anyone.

They were professional and did a great job!! I'd hire them again!
