Every time I come here I get good customer service and quality product. You get exactly what you pay for, sometimes a little extra because that's what is in the bucket. Get there early on the weekend, though, that place can get pretty busy. They do their best, but sometimes it's a little bit of a wait. Overall, great place for gravel, sand and compost.

I have been a local here, but this time, when I picked up some washed sand, the loader didn't clean his bucket from the last load and I ended up with a 1/4 yard load of dirt. Be careful when you accept your load that you make sure you get completely what you ordered, not the left over 1/4 yard from the previous customer. I'm very disappointed. Usually, they get a good 5 stars.

Told the lady over the phone I was doing an overseed she recommended the 50/50. When I got it, it was loaded with rocks over the size of 5/16. My lawn is now full of rocks that will likely result in a full lawn remold next year.

McClain's rocks! Deliveries are easy to schedule and they are able to maneuver and drop materials exactly as requested.

I emailed the company a month ago and still haven't gotten a response. I couldn't tell you if their products are good. Their customer service obviously lacks.
