We are working on a large woodshed project. Went there to purchase our 4x6x8s, 4x6x12s, 4x4s etc. The wood was all on second level, the loader who dropped down 2 sizes pressure treated left, we hollered for help to no avail, went inside, came back out and suddenly there were 2 more people. Asked for help dropping down 2 more sizes and the long haired guy pitched an attitude that he had to drive the forklift to drop down more lumber. POOR POOR customer service. No wonder why the place is devoid of customers. PS: store manager acted like he could care less, employees munching on popcorn, one sitting in a random chair reading.....no ambition to give anyone any assistance. Guess we won't be patronizing this place anytime soon. We'll go across the river where they love to help their customers.

Bradly is horrible dealing with the elderly get some training. And some empathy. Two stars giving because Craig helped us with excellent customer service . Thank you Craig

Been in here several times over the past month. No staff are wearing masks. Unmasked customers are not asked to mask up. This is the closest hardware store to me and I used to go in all the time, but now I'm making the trip all the way to Perkins in West Cheterfield. Leader is taking irresponsible risks with the health of their customers and they have lost my business.
