They were prompt and courteous and the price was right. Ordered over the phone and they came at the agreed upon time and poured the gravel with pinpoint precision. Great company, planning on using them again soon.

KNOW EXACTLY HOW MUCH YOU NEED. I ordered play sand for my kids sandbox. I called with my sandbox dimensions (8x8, 10”deep). I told the gentleman the last thing I wanted was extra sand! I should have figured the amount myself. He sold me 3.5 yards. Now I have more than a yard of sand to get rid of. I called them up to see about a refund for the extra sand and got “sorry dude”. The biggest pain is trying to get rid of a yard of sand! REVISED REVIEW!!!!! Within 30 minutes of posting this review, I was contacted by the salesman that sold me the sand. He was very polite and apologized. He then gave me a credit for the extra sand, and sent 2 young men out to pick the extra sand up! They did a very good job in a short amount of time! Back to normal before noon! This makes a huge difference from what started out as a bad experience, to doing business with them in the future! Thanks to the Sandman Staff!

I didn't see anyone at location. I called and whoever answered the phone was knowledgeable about how much stone I needed. Truck driver was on time no problems. I would recommend them and go back. Only had one problem stone was so heavy it broke my wheelbarrow handle off.

REFUSE to give any kind of pricing on their products unless you come to their location for a consultation of some kind? Even then, I would have to ask them "how much is this?" one product at a time. They're rocks. Let's not make it complicated to buy rocks. EDIT: Per your reply, I was quite clear on the phone. A list with prices. Should it really be necessary to ask for the price of each item one at a time? I understand that prices fluctuate, but your competitors manage to pull it off.
