Overworked employees with $50-100 bonus for Thanksgiving & Christmas combined. You’ll sit and listen to upper management brag about the millions upon millions the company makes and you’ll get a cold slice of pizza as a thank you. Broken records for tonnage shipped and receive nothing but a “That wasn’t good enough” speech. Meanwhile other quarries receive a $1,700 bonus for breaking the same records.
