I ordered 3-5 Inch River Rock. Every rock was 7-14 inches long. I kindly requested that it be exchanged for either 3-5 inch rocks or something smaller. I was told they would not be able to do an exchange. False advertising and very dissapointed in the customer service. Absolutely would not recommend. Some effort to load the rock and do an exchange would have been the right thing to do. Cost me $500.

I needed stone for landscaping around my house and was not sure what I wanted. They helped me pick out the perfect stone to make my landscaping POP!!! The employees were very knowledgeable and courteous.

Shorted me a full yard of stone that they delivered, then not only did I need to argue to get what they owed me, they refused to deliver it, I have to pick it up myself.

My delivery of mulch was 24 hours late
