Belvidere Sand & Gravel

Wanted to buy 2-5” river stone. Was shown a sample. I was not permitted to see the actual stones. They instead loaded up 4-7” stones. Spoke to 4 personnel and each one had no solution or compensation for me. They only admitted that it is what it is. Only after I reported to BBB did someone reach out to credit me properly. Then they claimed that they paid me TWICE! I had to prove to them that they were in error. The sent the check to the WRONG bank! Avoid this company at all costs. Their motto should be: “We’re right and not the customer.” ONLY AFTER contacting BBB and my bank did someone from their finance department refund me the credit that I rightfully deserved but then insinuated that I asked for credit twice which I promptly disproved as their mistake. No apologies given for making this mistake however. YOU"VE BEEN WARNED.

Don't buy here, Caused property damage and would not repair basically got told tuff luck.

Horrible customer service. Very rude and very overpriced. Didn’t have change and wouldn’t even offer to accept my cash and make change for me at a later date. Very very bad people and product isn’t worth the price.

You would think they wanted to sell stone as always no stone have to wait hours would be a great place for a stone quarry needs to be run by people who want to have stone
