I went to purchase a copy of Robocop: Rogue City for the PS5 at this Walmart, and left excited to dive into one of my favorite childhood IPs. On the car ride home after leaving the store, I took the time to unwrap it and see not the game I wanted, but a copy of Madden 21 for the PS4. Needless to say I was quite annoyed, so I turned around and went to customer service to return the wrong game for a refund or exchange. The staff and team leads made little to no effort to help me out, saying that once the game is opened outside the premises, it is no longer their responsibility and they are not obligated to give me my money back. Additionally, after talking to the employee in the electronics department who rung up my purchase about how I was expected to know that the wrong game was in the case had I not opened it, he said I was not allowed to open the cases and check the game until after I purchased it. I have never had this issue with any other store that has sold video games to me in the past, and this policy was never clearly outlined anywhere to me or anyone at the store or on their website. I was then instructed to call the 1-800-WALMART number for further assistance. I did just that immediately afterwards, only to be told that I must speak to the manager or team leads, sending me into a seemingly never-ending cycle of incompetency and bureaucratic nonsense. Upon talking to Chasity (team lead), she agreed to allow me to return the next day and speak with one of the senior service managers (Darnell) especially since Francis (the main manager) was not present when I was there. I will return and see if they will be willing to accommodate me with an exchange/store credit at the very least, and edit this review accordingly. Overall, I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of service that this location has provided me. I try to be civil but I do not find my frustrations to be misguided or unreasonable as common sense would dictate that when you purchase a product and it turns out to be something completely different, it is not your own fault and you should not be able to know this until after you open it. What I know for certain is that in the future I will not be purchasing electronic media such as video games from this location again, and I would advise others to be made aware of this nonsensical policy before doing the same. This could happen to just about anyone, and I would not like for others to experience the same frustrations that I have.
These ribs were purchased last week on May 2. Today when I took them out from the freezer to cook them THEY HAVE MOLD!!!! THIS IS UNSANITARY AND DISGUSTING!! What is going on this store!!! This walmart location has gone down day by day but now worst on health safety! Both the department manager and store manager should be replaced immediately!!! I will contact the heath department tomorrow and make them aware of what is happening there. UNACCEPTABLE!!!
Gina, a cashier at Walmart, deserves recognition for her incredible service. She has a natural ability to see when a customer needs help, and she assisted me before I even had to ask. That level of proactive service is rare and greatly appreciated. 5/5 stars for both Gina and the store!
Bad service on garden representative whom I stay over 25 mins looking for a staff to get a cologne .... she said , she need to put item back in the shelves and can't wait all day testing cologne . I bought the item for a birthday
The best Popeyes in the city! The food is always hot. It's prepared when it's ordered, which is great! The staff is great. I've been coming here for 2 years now, and they never disappointed me. Not to mention, they have the best Fanta cherry soda, lol. I would recommend coming here to Popeyes where the food is fresh when ordered:-)
