Vulcan Materials Company

We had base material delivered by Vulcan Materials. Our half acre residential driveway is a tricky one. The second truck had a wider wheel base. The folks at Vulcan ( Joe and Anthony) were very customer friendly. My husband and our contractor were spotters for the Vulcan driver to get the load dumped.The price for material was reasonable. Amen. Thank you Vulcan Materials.

Please be very careful when passing the quarry exit onto Heubner road. Not all the truckers look before they pull out onto the road! The main office just said they aren't responsible for drivers once they leave the premises. Understandable legally speaking I guess. Just be careful! Stay safe!

They tell me my truck is only rated at 48,000 lbs. I pay taxes for 55,000 lbs with no over weight permits needed! Nothing I showed them would change there minds. All the other pits in the SA area recognizes my 50,000 pounds gross vehicle weight limit! Looks like I'll be going to Beckmen plant from now on.

Me and 3 others were just ran off the road by one of their drivers. Truck #610. Have tried to contact the company numerous times since then With no response. I have a dash cam of the entire Incident. Contacting the police now.

There is a Vulcan Materials located 2 blocks away from home and the blasts are causing all kinds of cracks and ridges in my walls and ceilings. Its a nightmare. How can they just blast in the middle of numerous residential neighborhoods and not have to be accountable for the amount of damage it is causing to our homes? Something has to be done. Do not buy a house anywhere near a Vulcan.
