Haley Stone Supply - Rochester Hills

Worst quality I've ever had. Ordered crushed concrete and a third of it is asphalt. Buyer beware and inspect your material before they leave.

We were very unhappy with the delivery of stones. When I looked at their yard, a half ton of stones was in a bundle wrapped in wire as it comes from the factory. I paid for it and was additionally charged $120 to be delivered only 5 miles away at a designated area in our back yard. At 6:30 am the day of delivery, I set two 8x11 signs in front of the driveway indicating where the bundle is to be set. Around 11:00 am when we got out of the house we found the stones bundled in plastic instead of wrapped in wire laying in front of our lawn with no notice to us. When I called about this situation they said that there was no path to get in the back yard. But why the delivery person did not even ring the bell to tell us about his difficulty knowing that we were very concerned about it since I had the two obvious signs in front of the driveway. If he had told us about his difficulty we would have indicated another location closer to the back yard instead of the front lawn. We were very unhappy with the stones not been in the weighted half ton bundle wrapped in wire, the disregard of our delivery desire, and not communicating it to us before dropping in front of the yard. It showed to us that Haley Stones does not care for the customer satisfaction and with the manager not even offering any compensation for the extra labor we paid to move the stones in the back yard.

I had an excellent experience at this landscape supply store. I purchased 1 ton of large rocks in two different trips. Nick was very nice both trips. He filled up a bucket and then loaded my car both times. I definitely wouldn’t have finished my project in one day if it weren’t for a little( a lot) help loading the rocks into my car. Thank you for a good experience, I will definitely be recommending your company to others.

I came to Haley Stone to purchase a large rock after a reckless driver crashed into my home. Tony was very professional, yet empathetic.  He patiently answered my gazillion questions and was very accommodating.  In fact, 3 hours after my visit I decided I needed a bigger rock and Tony promptly made the switch without issue. (He also scheduled next day delivery & placement.) I really appreciate the exceptional customer service Tony provided.  I'll be a repeat customer and highly recommend Tony/Haley Stone to others.

I don't have issues with their produce but i would say they should treat their costumers with a little more respect. If you plan on returning something then make sure to have your original receipt because they make ZERO exceptions for you regardless of how much you spent. They used the owner as an excuse for their policy so if that is true then I suggest that the owner should consider changing this policy or having some electronic version of receipts so customers don't have to go through this ridiculous process.
