Drivers do not follow instructions. Their driver blocked me in with a huge pile of gravel because he was too lazy to back a few feet to drop it where it wouldn't get me stuck. I spent the next eight hours shoveling gravel. Sears will have to pay me to ever order from them again.

One of your trucks just dropped a rock on the highway and cracked my window! You need better safety and fastening training to secure the load. You just cost me $700 shame on you were in a recession!

Very happy with the product and service from Sears Contracting. They were flexible with a last minute increase on our order and did a super job dumping the gravel on the driveway greatly minimizing our labor in spreading it out. They navigated our cumbersome driveway and access road easily. We will call them again!

Do NOT use Sears Sand and Gravel to deliver products to your property if you're not sure it can be done without damage to your property or a chance tha the truck will get stuck. I had 22 tons of sand delivered and recommended to the driver that he approach from one direction. The driver decided to come in from a different direction and got stuck. I HAD TO PAY $200 TO HAVE HIM WINCHED OUT. Sears refuses to reimburse me for their driver'd miscalculation.
