Delivered 15 cubic yards of pulverized topsoil. They were great at communicating what time and day would work depending on the recent rainfall. Driver nicely dropped it off at the specific location of my yard. Very happy with the soil quality and price.

We ordered 8 yards of "pulverized topsoil" from Erickson's. What we received looked like an attempt to pulverize clay (see photos). We also found 2 chunks of broken glass on the surface of the pile (see photos). This was concerning for us as we were planning to use this in our yard where young children will run and play. When we expressed this concern to Erickson's, the man on the phone was dismissive and condescending about it and refused to help us in any way. We're now stuck with 8 yards of clay that we don't trust to use in our yard for fear of risking children's safety. If you're reading this, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for your landscaping needs.

I can not stop thinking about how wonderful my experience and back yard furniture is. From choice, purchase, delivery, placement and finally enjoying my back yard.

Pulverized soil full of rocks terrible. Gave measurements for a garden planter and was told I needed 4 yards…..way too much now stuck with this crappy dirt. Will not buy again
