I've worked with quarrystone 3 times over the years and have obviously had good service or I would not have gone back. Greg is very patient in explaining their capabilities (which seem endless) and listening to your needs and desires. We have beautiful kitchen counters and coffee bar. And soon to have full custom shower!
Jan/2024 - Completely happy & satisfied with the job done by Quarrystone for our master bath vanity countertop and shower (both walls & base). We did not elect to have a shower stool installed, but did go with 2 shelves. Very high quality materials and installations, with knowledgable and friendly service. It's clear that everyone at Quarrystone pays close attention to details which is so important in getting a job done perfectly and without the need for rework (I can't say that about the other tradesman we worked with on this project, unfortunately.) Product is beautiful and easy to maintain. Absolutely love no grout lines!! A squeegee on the walls after a shower keeps them pristine & easy to keep up. Thanks to Greg and everyone who worked on our project. We appreciate the guidance and patience you provided with all of our questions, not to mention the length of this project. I highly recommend Quarrystone, without hesitation. Would definitely work with them again.
They installed new kitchen countertops and a shower surround. The finished product is absolutely gorgeous and will last forever. They were great to work with and delivered the product in a timely fashion.
We had a large walk in shower installed 8 years ago. After 3 years the corner seat leaked. They responded and fixed it. Now we are in our 8th year of a 10 year warranty. The corner seat continues to have water go behind it, seams are showing, color has faded on some panels. After repeated attempts to have them fix it, they have refused. They said they do not know what is wrong so they choose to do nothing. Very disappointing. I would not recommend them. If you cannot stand behind your product why would anyone risk buying.
The jury is still out on their product but I sincerely have my doubts about the installation and durability of their product. I will say that Greg has been very patient with me as my project has been going on for well over a year. What I am disappointed in is the number of seams that my shower encloser has. I went with this outfit because I was under the assumption that the product would be custom made to fit my shower encloser to eliminate excessive seams, it was not. The base developed a crack which they tried to repair but that didn't work so they installed another over the top of the cracked base. Upon standing on the additional base I noticed some "oil canning" which, I believe, will develop a crack sometime in the future. How the crack developed is questionable there was no indication that something had been dropped on it as there was no chipping or marks, just a 16" long crack! When the crew came to install the replacement, they caulked the seam but did a very poor job of cleaning or dressing up the caulk. It was obvious they were a bit upset as their usual friendly demeanor was absent. I just have this bad feeling that the quality of craftmanship is on par with the neat orderly appearance of the "showroom"! This is not a cheap product and will update this in the future regarding how the product holds up. Because of the manner the shower panels were installed the installation of the glass door and adjoining glass panels are an issue. The installers asked, "Why on earth would they have installed the panels like this?" My guess is, quarry stone messed up on their measurements, rather than manufacture new panels they opted to add three "filler" panels to make up the difference. Will be adding more in the future...! 12/20/2023 Update Last night while taking a steam shower, I heard a very loud bang from within the shower. Thought the steam line had burst but after closer inspection a very large crack had developed from the steamhead to the corner of the shower wall. Will be contacting Greg today regarding this. The product is only a few years old so we'll see how this get's addressed. Hopefully they will stand behind the product.
