River Valley Mulch

We bought a load of "Natural Hardwood Mulch", and received ground up pallets, OSB, particleboard, plywood and plastic trash (see photo). While they did attempt to make it right by replacing it with another product, which we paid additional for, the replacement mulch was far less volume than was purchased (our landscaper estimated 6 yards instead of the 8 purchased). Overall this was not a great experience.

I normally try not to write bad reviews but I sent someone to get a yard of what was advertised as super soil and it clearly was not. After testing the soil I decided to write an opinion. Super soil means you ammend the soil with organic fertilizer and the soil itself is light and fluffy as well as rich with nutrients. What you sold me was not super soil and I am likely not to use you again as this was my first time using you and I feel I was misled.

To start off, the customer service here is 10/10. Also their pricing is fair and honest. Any landscapers or do it your self people wanting good quality mulch should go here.

Super expensive $30.00 a yard for what was supposed to be the double ground mulch for playground looks like ground up pallet's and plastic trash did not see the trash in it till I had dump the 4 yards and started spreading had to pick the plastic out

Purchased a "Super soil" but all we got was a sandy clay mix with wood chunks and bits of plastic and electrical wire in it.
