I don't regularly go to gravel providers, so I'm not at all familiar with their layout, where to go, or who to talk to. When I showed up at the Caldwell location there are signs to stop at the office on the way in, and in the window is a sign that says if you're stopped on the driveway you need to pull ahead because you're blocking traffic, which was confusing so I got out of the way. No one there to greet you and the blinds are pulled clearly looking like you're not going to make contact with anyone... I drove past the office and turned around where I could tell semis were stopping and speaking with someone at the window on the other side. After pulling onto the scale I talked to a lady inside when I asked if I could get 4 yards of 3/4" road mix. She said I could and to just head back. No directions at all and there's no signs about where to go. I told her I didn't know where to go and she told me "past the equipment and over the paved road at Pond, it's down there." I assumed the best and headed there. I got all the way back there and got in line behind 4 semis waiting. There are piles of dirt, sand, rock, everywhere. I waited a while before a truck driver kindly asked what I was looking for. He told me where to go as I was in the wrong spot. I went to where he pointed me and sat behind 2 more semis (which had already been waiting when I first pulled in). I still didn't see the road mix and didn't see any people besides us sitting there. After quite some time I just left. It's clear unless you're a regular driver hauling multiple money-making loads in there you're not important enough to even get directions. The customer service is garbage at this location. Don't assume like I did someone would be helpful here. Other than the random driver. The office lady could not care less. She wasn't rude, but seriously not at all helpful. I will never take my business there again.

My husband and I just needed a yard of sand, and asked if we could load our truck. Proceeded to get a rude and long earful from the lady who answered our call. Good to know we need a trailer or a dump truck, but could have communicated that in a more professional way. We will go ahead and take our business elsewhere.

We have used Rambo multiple times over the last year. Jerry is our usual delivery guy and is always wonderful.

Their driver absolutely horrible And the least professional truck drivers I have ever Driven next to. They have almost ran me off the road on multiple occasions and then have the nerve to honk at me and flip me off when they can't merge. This is happening more than once so it is absolutely ridiculous that they still have a license to drive let alone A CDL. Something needs to be done about this because they are Going to end up killing a person!!!
