Very helpful, kind, considerate employees / staff. They are very informative and definitely are willing to go the extra mile to ensure fantastic customer service and satisfaction. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE EXPERICLENCE!!! PROBABLY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE!!!!! And possibly the worst I've ever been treated by a store employee! I am from out of town visiting my parents, never been in town before...just looking around the store and the worker guy literally told me if I'm not looking for something specific then I need to pay for my items and go, or just go. How rude!!! I'm personally offended...will never go back again!

Excellent store lots of stock

Was able to find just what I needed although it was a little bit on the spendy side. Employees were helpful, as they always are. Great service.

I don’t think I’ve been this well greeted and taken care of in hardware store, ever…and they did it time and time again!! Great product selection. They even have a really cool decor section.
