SiteOne Landscape Supply

Almost gave up on SiteOne years ago, then I meet Joel Tyrpak. When company's get so big they forget about the small guys it can be frustrating. Joel is a down to earth guy that treats customer's well. SiteOne is lucky to have him. This company has great products, I couldn't be happier.

Purchased a bag of Snapshot Herbicide 6 days ago but decided not to use. Bag is unopened. Product lasts up to 2-3 years. Was told I could not return it because it is perishable. Disappointing customer service.

I have been a contractor for almost 40 years and SiteOne is my go to supplier! I've seen the various reviews and the problems mostly exist with in the public DYI folks...historically SiteOne (formerly Lesco) was a contractor only supplier, now they've invited the public...overall the general public has no clue what they're doing, going by info/videos on line ...and get out of sorts when starting on a project...SiteOne employees don't have the time to hold class when fulfilling orders, period.

TRUCKER REVIEW: I delivered here with 53ft Van, they are friendly and will unload you quick but just a warning you have to spin the truck and do a 360, so your truck will face the right direction for them to pull their mobile dock up to you. Also they seem like a busy storm might take a little bit to unload you but not too bad.

I found one sales guy (white skin, slim, dark hair) is not particularly friendly. I try to avoid him. He gave my neighbor and then my husband a hard time too. Other than this surly guy, no complaints, Next time, we'll be going to another location though.
