City of Newark Water Tower

This space under the water tower is managed by the City of Newark and contains a large supply of organic matter, mainly leaf compost, free for residential use only. Bring a pickup truck or load plastic containers to transport the material. 30 gallon or larger trashcans work well also.

There is a mulch pit for locals .
