If I could give them 10 stars, I would. I had never heard of them before, but while I was researching, their website had the easiest navigation and had the best tools to determine what was needed, as well as pictures of the different products. The delivery driver called when he was on his way, was friendly and professional. I realized right away that I hadn’t ordered enough mulch, so I called the office and they arranged for a second delivery within an hour. All the office staff are helpful and patient. The second delivery driver was just as good as the first. The crew that came to spread the mulch were also friendly, professional, and very hard hard-working. I highly recommend and would definitely use them again.

I paid $296 for 8 yards of compost delivered (10 miles). I was expecting the compost to be a little better quality. There is a significant amount of wood chips/mulch mixed in. Definitely not pure soil/compost.

UPDATE 4/2025: I unfortunately am downgrading my original 5 star review. The service, delivery and installation are still a 5 star experience as mentioned in my original review below. The product, however, was very lack luster once it was put to use. I started placing my plants into my new beds that should be full of nutrients as I paid for Garden Compost not top soil. Almost instantly my very healthy seedlings started turning yellow and dropping leaves only in the beds that used this compost mix. I have never dealt with this previous years (this is my first year ordering from here) so I did soil tests to see what was going on and it was clear this new batch of soil is completely depleted of all nutrients (picture attached - pretty sure the only reason Potassium is measuring decent is because I have been watering with Banana water as I normally do in all of my garden beds). My garden bed that does use big box store soil is thriving. I also keep fining random pieces of plastic trash and even some ground down pieces of glass mixed through out the soil. Really disappointed as this is the first time I have ordered local vs a big box store and was hoping for a more high quality product. Now I having to spend more on fertilizer to try and save the plants that are struggling. Original Review 11/2024: Had a large amount of compost delivered and installed into our raised beds - great price and so easy to schedule. The installer, Adrian, was really nice, worked quickly and did a great job. We over ordered for the garden beds so he spread the extra around our property to fill in some low spots. Many thanks!

FANTASTIC experience. After a lot of research, we landed on Capital Mulch Company. And boy did they deliver. We placed our order this morning + our 12 cubic yards of certified organic mulch was delivered less than two hours later. From our initial phone call to the actual driver, this company run like a well oiled machine. Penultimate client experience AND the organic mulch is exactly what we expected. HIGHLY recommend.
