David was very helpful, supervisor said he could walk me around. They gave me a 🦺 to be more visible. Provided a quote, when I returned during lunch hour ( busy time short staff) but they let me know that right away and office is cool. I asked if they gave a military discount and they said yes. Personable man I forgot his name but I believe it was David's supervisor he helped walk-ins, phone and me all with a smile. Thank you so much for the QCS Quality Customer Service and I got the rock that I had in my mind. Delivery is due Thursday hope service continues to exceed my expectations.

I am VERY disappointed. I called to place an order. I was told that they could not take a phone order as I had not ordered from them before.I explained that this would be difficult as I am disabled. I had my helper drive to the office. Turns out the office is not accessible. There is a ramp but you need to go through large gravel to get to the ramp. There was much difficulty try to use my credit card. I thought that they could just bring the receipt to the car for me to sign. Finally arranged for the delivery. Today they delivered what appears to be a short amount of soil. They did not tell me they were delivering and just dumped the material in front of my garage making it impossible for me to leave. I have had multiple deliveries of soil and they have never blocked the garage. I will never use them again.

My first big landscaping project and I was nervous. Quickly put at ease by call to friendly employee who placed my order and scheduled delivery to be within just a few days. So much faster than I expected. Delivery was quick, smooth and very professional (and fun to watch). The prices were what got my attention, but I was sincerely shocked by the quality of the potting mix and lava rocks I received. This soil is GOOD. Dark and rich, fluffy but clumps together when pressed. I cannot say enough good things about this experience. No complaints, nothing but happy. Will be ordering from here again once I start on my next area. Thank you!

Great business to work with. My house is very close to about 4 different rock/landscape businesses, but I chose this one due my interactions over the phone with them. I also appreciate that they have their pricing sheet available on their website. Was able to have my rock and sand delivered next day. Delivery was perfectly on time and both drivers were friendly and courteous. They dropped the materials exactly where we wanted them. My dad/landlord helped out a bit with the ordering process and he was very impressed with them as well. He's a contractor and lives on a small chunk of land so you can bet that Florin Perkins Landscape Materials will be the place he goes to for any future business or personal needs!
