Great first time customer experience today! Spencer answered all my questions by phone and set up a fast delivery. Keith's delivery was outstanding. I wish every delivery experience could be that good. No more buying bagged mulch from the big box stores for me! I'll definitely be a repeat customer.

Bought a rock for our pool to replace a broken diving board. The gentlemen who delivered and placed the rock were very professional and listened to all of our concerns regarding placement. We are very happy with the results.

I bought 4 yards of mulch and two pallets of river rock. These are the photos of how they delivered it. They did tell me that they could not control how it would come off the truck if I did not pay to have it delivered separate. That’s why I didn’t write my experience as a one. I guess I expected something to topple over but I had no idea they would dump one out on top of the other, and I would not be able to use the product. I reached out to management to ask him to even consider selling me some replacement stone at his cost. It’s been over two months with no additional contact. Recently bought 15 bales of long leaf pine straw. The product was very good, much better than the big improvement stores. Bales were reasonably priced, free of pine cones and had very minimal tree material. Staff was friendly and helpful, definitely recommend Lake Murray Landscape Supply.
