I would not even give 1 star to this company, i was driving behind one of their trucks which i took a picture of the drivers plate number, well as i was driving a rock or something came flying off the truck and hit my windshield, i have the drivers license plate number and took a picture of it. I called company and i even went to company right after my car got hit i was given a number to call whos names is karla who said she would send me paper work out which she did. I filled everything out and sent it back well a month goes by and still have not heard a work mean while my windshield is cracked and has grown all the way across my windshield . Finally i call this karla lady back to find out my claim is denied , which i find not right, i did nothen wrong i was driving behind your company truck and a rock or something came flying off and hit my car so hard, then to not even pay for it is horrible business thats why u have insurence so when your companys trucks fly around with rocks falling out..SHAME ON YOU . NOW I AM STUCK PAYING FOR A NEW WINDSHIED THAT YOUR COMPANY CRACKED. THANKS. I HOPE PEOPLE SEE WHAT KIND OF COMPANY YOU ARE , I HOPE ALOT OF PEOPLE SEE THIS REVIEW AND SEE WHAT KIND OF COMPANY YOU REALLY ARE WHICH IS A COMPANY THAT ALLOWS THEIR DRIVERS TO DRIVE CRAZY WITH ALL KINDS OF MATERIAL ON THEIR TRUCKS FLYING OFF AND WHEN A PERSONS CAR GETS HIT WITH SOMETHING YOU DONT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR IT THATS WHY YOU HAVE INSURANCE SO THINK TWICE BEFORE HIRING A COMPANY Update on my experience with Clayton why they feel they are not responsible for my cracked windshield cause by their company and their driver #1 i did not provide the town it happened in which is not true i gave a town and location #2 description of truck does not match Not true i took picture of truck and truck # which clearly said # 648 i also drove into the clayton business and told them what happened and was given a phone # and womens name karla to speak with. I hope people see this company customer service and responsiblity for their actions .

Great staff with a family business type atmosphere. They are always eager to help you find what your looking for as well as the best prices.

Didn’t order from them because when I called the guy offered no help in my ordering needs.

No knowledge what so ever. Call for a estimate on sand and was told to call main office because I called the sand department. Next
