I've attached a photo of a weighed one ton pile of stone in a 5x10 utility trailer for DTA Alliance's information. Refusing to load my trailer because "You'll lose your load through the sides" is not a reason. Refusing to load my trailer because you only have a 5 ton bucket and "will burry that trailer" is not a reason. If you don't know what one ton of stone looks like, say so. If you don't know how to load one corner of your loader bucket, say so. But insulting your customer's intelligence and equipment by saying "you want us to load that?!?" is below you and shows your ignorance. I had $1100 worth of stone delivered from you and just needed an extra ton to finish the job. Thanks for your customer appreciation. SMH.
