Charged $895.24 delivery charge for two trucks and pups of road base for traveling 23 miles from their shop. I had waited all day and left at 4. They called after I was gone and didn’t get me and still sent the delivery out. They did not deliver the material since they couldn’t get me on the phone, but still charged me the delivery charge.
Easy to access, dropped off old concrete for no charge - thank you Spencer. Great business!
Would put a zero if I could. Tried lining out concrete for a pour. Called in Feb to line out for April 3rd pour. Scott told me i was to early to make appointment. Called March 1rst. Scott told me the same thing with attitude and sarcasm. And he told me to call back on the 20th of March. Called back the 21rst and was told by Tom my 30 yard order was no problem. Lined me out for my two day pour. I was happy. Five minutes later received a call from Scott at Fisher. He told me that they were unable deliver concrete to me. And I would have to go somewhere else for concrete. I must have not been a big enough sale in his mind. I have been a builder from a builder family for 35+ years. Built homes all over the state of Montana. From 200,000 to 2 million custom built jaw droppers. Billings MT needs a new way to get concrete other than Fisher. Knife river is a great place and would suggest the State and contractors try them until Fisher figures out how to treat people.
Lady inside would barely talk to me and the person loading us didn't know what we were picking up. Then when we got out to tell him what we were there for he refused to load us because we got out of the truck.
The girls at the scale was very helpful, she's very good at her job. Merriam is a hard worker, answering phones writing orders, and helping me. She's good help.
