These folks are great to work with and always helpful for estimating product amount needed for my DIY hardscape. Always friendly and knowledgeable about various products available in the yard and by order. OCTOBER Update on project. Almost there. Just finished the firepit. Chuck, Justin and Premier team were great with estimating material for us and ensuring the products were delivered timely. We are going to enjoy our patio for years becuse the Premier team stands behind their products. Don't settle for material from the chain stores. If you want professional results, start with professional material.

I have spent the entire summer of 2021 installing a paver block patio and retaining wall myself. Premier masonry has gone far and above to help me every time I have needed material or help in any manner; whether that is more product, advice, or delivery to the wooded backyard (which can be tricky to access no doubt). Furthermore, they have top quality products that truly look clean and high end for a great finished product. Ordered a 9 ton sand delivery. They scheduled it for noon the next day but never showed. I called 30 min. later, they're running behind schedule and will deliver at 2pm. Called again at 2:15pm, cause they'd never call me, and they're supposedly loading up the truck. Called again at 3:40pm to cancel the order since they still hadn't shown up. Or called. I'll gladly take my business elsewhere! Truly terrible customer service.

Picked up 5 tons of crushed rock. Their prices were 30-50% less than the other local competition, and the crew at the desk was friendly. They were recommended by my mason for getting custom replacement brick, and when I saw their prices on crushed rock, that was a bonus.

Very helpful, and reasonable prices. I always go to Premier for all my masonry supplies and tools.
