Someone said I've never been inside , just been by it and it looks like a nice place. Excellent frontage. Some folks are just putting on a front. Not these folks, their frontage is serious and shows an intense dedication to details and enthusiastic diligence. If I were to speculate, based on every bit of information I've gathered, and a fair bit of wild imagining. Occasionally, they shut down early on a friday. Gather up the employees for a bit of free grub and elbow rub. Then to start the shin dig off right, top management and the dorky one from HR come out to AC⚡DC's "Hard as a Rock" air guitaring Angus style and throwing out random gift cards to the employees. And morale goes wild. I don't know for certain if thats how it goes but I sure hope, and that turns my Graystone to SunnyStone. 🌞

I am so impressed with Willamette Graystone. Good products and product chioces and even better people. I started my block wall at another large box store. They had nothing that was jumping out, everything was gray. I went Willamette Grsystone on Franklin Blvd. There I met a VERY helpful gentleman, I believe his name was mike. I explained what I was trying to do. He showed me some options, he figured the amount of material needed, had it delivered. I have completed my DIY project. It turned out very nice. Thank you Willamette Graystone and staff.
Great masonry supply store, lots of great products with product samples to take home and look at against your project for free, just bring the 1-foot by 1-foot sample, or samples, back when you're done. Plus it's the #1 supplier most masons use!
The rudest and most aggressive showroom experience. Been perfectly happy with the folks at the North bend location for months while planning and pricing for the current build and after making the drive to compare metal colors with in store samples, A guy named jeff behind the counter with no help at all, did nothing but sling aggressive condescending remarks and insults when I was in the showroom to pick a product. Completely unacceptable behavior for anyone let alone a retail establishment. A shame one person can tarnish years of great business, will shop elsewhere.
